Order Processing, Shipping & Handling Policies
All orders are promptly processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days directly from The Human Slingshot’s warehouse located south of Denver, Colorado. Please note that all items ordered are not necessarily shipped together but all attempts will be made to ship together.
Standard Ground Delivery* - UPS Ground Service
The Human Slingshot’s standard shipping method is UPS Ground Service, which normally takes 3-14 days depending on your shipping destination's zone. UPS Ground requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Please allow additional time for delivery during holidays.
Editing or Canceling an order
Contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org To cancel or edit your order after it has been placed. Note: once an order has been shipped it cannot be edited or cancelled.
Order Confirmation Number
You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation along with an order number immediately after you place your online order. Please save your order confirmation e-mail! Please include your order number in all e-mail or other correspondence. Please also include your full name and shipping destination address.
If your package is late to arrive, please do not hesitate to contact us! Please allow the normal maximum order fulfillment time. After allowing order processing and delivery time as shown on the map, please e-mail customer service to request tracking detail.
Status of an Order
Customer Service will answer questions related to your website order. Please provide us your website order confirmation number and order date, and include your name and complete shipping address. Customer Service will also answer your product and general questions.

At The Human Slingshot we want everyone to be 100% satisfied with our products. That's why we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Any product being returned must be in saleable condition, with original packaging. We will refund the items purchase price, minus shipping costs (to your location) and you will be responsible to pay for shipping charges to send The Human Slingshot back to our warehouse. The Human Slingshot will not be subject to a restocking fee.
The following types items do not qualify for a refund:
- Damaged or defective goods - we will replace these items immediately.
- Items returned without first contacting our Customer service department or returned without a return number.
How to return an item

Once submitted we will assign you an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number which must be written on the outside of the box being returned. After the item is returned please allow up to 4 weeks for us to refund the money to the credit card that was used for the original purchase.
The Human Slingshot will implement our return policy on items that are refused at delivery. Items legitimately ordered from us will be charged return shipping which is usually much higher than the original shipping cost. In the event an item ordered appears to be damaged or items are missing, we ask that you accept the delivery but please make a note on the delivery carrier's waybill prior to signing. Contact our customer service at email@example.com and we will advise what to do next.
Once the product is used we can no longer return or exchange any item.
At The Human Slingshot we take our product quality and shipping seriously. When your product arrives please double check that all items received are in good condition. In the event that an item is damaged, missing or defective please follow the checklist below:
- Damaged - Remember to make a note on the carrier's waybill. Contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a replacement. You may be required to send a digital photo.
- Missing - Please remember to count items received and compare to number of items on your waybill. If short, please make a note on the carrier's waybill and receive the items.
- Contact Customer Service at email@example.com and we will ship a new item quickly.
- Defective - If an item appears to be defective please Contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will replace or repair the item as quickly as possible.
Note: All merchandise must be reported damaged, missing or defective within 3 business days of delivery.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you place an order. All information we collect can be seen on the order form. Note: credit card information is not collected by us or stored on our servers. This is securely passed directly to the credit card company for authorization.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. It is encrypted and securely sent directly to the credit card processor.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
